Made in the USA: Area 51

A hundred and fifty kilometers north of Las Vegas, in Nevada, there is dry place named Lake Groom. Why is this important one might think? Well, next to Groom Lake is a military area about which no information is released to the public, not even an exact name. Therefore, simply, we call it Area 51.

While we have all heard about this mysterious place, we still don’t know nearly enough about it. Wouldn’t you agree?

If you try to approach this base uninvited, you may even end up paying with your life because there are armed guards stationed everywhere around.

However, from a decent distance you have the right to observe, since in the center of the area you will see the air base where the U2 spy plane was tested in the mid-50s.

The good infrastructure of military facilities, the distance from the public eye and the favorable configuration of the surrounding terrain, with many dried-up lakes that now serve as natural airports, have made this a home area for military production and research that requires a high degree of secrecy.

That’s how the public accepted Area 51, until in 1989, Bob Lazar appeared on a Las Vegas Television show and stated that he had been working for some time on the investigation of alien aircraft at Lake Papoose, which is located south of this area.

Looking back at this historical event, if his intention was to start an avalanche, Bob Lazar definitely succeeded in this idea because from that moment on, Area 51 was considered a special location. In a way, some may use the analogy to view this unique spot as a hotel: a designated and discrete place where “visitors from outer space” were brought.

As such, all the earlier beliefs that the public was fed with mentally, to create an internal trust that solely mundane (albeit secret) military operations were carried out there, these projects successfully turned only into a valid excuse to cover the “real” purpose.

But this didn’t last long enough as the population still became suspicious.

In fact, the public showed a high level of vigilance because information emerged stating that the US government had signed an agreement with an alien civilization, according to which visitors have the right to use the airports located in Area 51, as well as all the comforts of the accompanying facilities, as they please!

Wait, what?

In return, supposedly, they allowed Earthlings to examine their ships and even copy the designs.

After the initial shock, how does this information make you feel?

Now, take a deep breath and let’s move on to the next level of crazy!

Thus, on September 24, 1989, the American magazine Weekly World News, published two articles related to Area 51.

Six terrestrial flying saucers, labeled “Made in USA” and modeled after the “originals” that had already made their home at Area 51, made their first flight as far as Mars and back, flying at 22,000 miles per second!

In the iconic interview, the cosmonauts talk about the minor technical problems they had along the way – apparently, they deviated a little from the course.

Nevertheless, they enthusiastically describe the nuclear rocket drive and the possibility that these ships can carry special nuclear weapons along with their 12 crew members.

It seems that these weapons are truly serious inventions. As stated by the cosmonauts “the ships can fly completely invisible to the eye and to radars, invisible like submarines, but unlike them, they are able to fire weapons and level any object to the ground in the blink of an eye.”

The second news item refers to another area of use of Area 51.

The headline stated:

“Nazi War Criminals in Area 51 Work as Scientist-Slave Building Weapons”.

The article declared shocking information about how after the war, 67 Nazi scientists reportedly accepted slave status rather than death in the gas chamber.

Now there are 11 more alive and they are still working hard as it seems.

Weirdly enough, both articles were published at the same time.

Unfortunately, basic explanations are still missing. To begin with:

It is interesting that the US military does not react at all to such articles in the press. On the contrary, one gets the impression that they are even desirable, which can lead to the conclusion that they only divert the public’s attention from the real purpose of the facilities located in this area.

No one disputes that something is really happening there. Just what?

Perhaps something even more sinister than building secret spaceships and weapons.

In the TV show “60 Minutes”, Leslie Stahl made the assumption that there is a secret warehouse of toxic substances in Area 51. Similarly, the supposition that war poisons are produced appeared, the use of which is prohibited by international law.

The first badly strategized move of the army was to simply deny this. The public reacted swiftly stating their opinion in the form of the caricature.

At the top of the board, there is a symbol of the American Air Force, next to which it says:  “recognition is not our profession”, and below that “our chemicals are secret, but you can trust the United States.  Groom Lake is a safe place to work.”

The assumption that toxic substances are being created there is not without foundation, as a group of former workers sued the government for serious health damage that inexplicably occurred while working in this area.

They were joined by the widows of several workers who died in ways that have never been elucidated. Still, the public’s attempts, the united fight for answers and justice remained without success.

The government simply hid behind the answer that it was about “national security”.

In fact, the government is in a way tacitly denying the existence of Area 51 with vague answers. They reject any discussion of any topic related to the site.

Of course, this attitude adds fuel to the fire that is fanned by those who constantly claim that some improper things are going on there. It certainly sparks a lot of curiosity, so we’d like to share something extra with you.

So, as a lovely bonus, if you wish to explore this topic further, we have a reading tip. Below is a short paragraph that might kindle your interest:
