Where is my gift pack?: You can check the status of your order here by logging in using your email address and password.

I am looking for general information about the product (cost, shipping method, payment method).: A registration in the Online Star Register costs $48.95. Postage and handling are FREE. You can pay online using IDeal, a credit card or PayPal or make the payment via a bank transfer. Please note: online payments are processed instantly; it may take several days to process a bank transfer. If you complete a registration before 5:00 p.m. on working days the gift pack will be sent the same day. The gift pack will be sent by regular mail upon receipt of payment. There is no need to stay at home to await delivery. In the United States it will take 4 to 6 working days for the gift pack to arrive. Here you can find more information about the content of the gift pack.

How long is the delivery time?: This differs per destination. Within the United States the average delivery time is 4-6 working days. ~~Here you can calculate the delivery time associated with each destination~~.

Was my registration received in good order?: After completing your registration you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Using your email address and the password provided in the confirmation email you can check the status of your registration here. If you have still not received your confirmation email after 60 minutes please send an email to help [at] osr.org

I want to notify you about a change: You can change your registration yourself by logging in using your email address and password.

How does the star chart work?: You can find a comprehensive explanation of the star chart on ~~this page~~.

Can I choose the constellation myself?: Yes, this is possible in the order form.

Is the star visible?: The easiest way to find the star is through Google Sky. By entering the coordinates it is easy to show the star. However, it is also possible to find the location of the star by tracing the brightest stars on the star chart that is supplied.

Is my registration unique?: Yes. Every coordinate is only allocated once, to a unique registration. You can place your registration here.
