Our Story

Since 2001, Online Star Register has been dedicated to creating the most original gift experience in the universe. Together with astrophysicists, astronomers, data scientists and super star designers, we're bringing the stars closer to you. With OSR you can name stars and completely personalize your star gift, for any occasion.

Astronomical data

We strive for accurate astronomical data. Each star is only registered once and has its own set of astronomical values. All stars can be found with a telescope or with one of our amazing apps.

Dark Skies

A sustainable goal which is hardly ever talked about, are dark skies. We strive for less light pollution and fully support Dark Skies International, so we can continue to enjoy the starry skies.
