We originally chose Online Star Register because of the interesting variety of their Star presentation to acknowledge the Star purchase. We have ordered Stars before from another company and weren’t happy with their presentation. But, what I am most impressed with now is their customer service! We have very poor postal service where we are and it took several attempts to receive our package! OSR customer service was very responsive via email in addressing our problem and even mailed out several packages free of any additional charge, even though it wasn’t them or us that caused the problem. You don’t receive this kind of excellent customer service these days, so when you do, it stands out! I would highly recommend Online Star Register!

Trustworthy

It choose to buy a star through OSR, because the website looks trustworthy and there was a nice package deal. I could choose from tons and tons of stars from the zodiac signs, which made it more personal. The possibility of having the PDF just minutes after you ordered was a big plus, since I needed it the next day.

Stars are forever

I think that the idea of naming a star as a gift to a special person is unique and fantastic. It’s original, and it’s something which is not related to a single moment, an occasion, an event; it’s something which will last for much more time, something which will last a lifetime. I am thinking about naming two stars for the daughters of my sister; they are still young, but I want them both to know that there is a star (actually two), there up in the sky, which is related to them, which will always be there, which was there million of years ago and which will be there forever. And it’s “their” star (their stars), it will be there through all the time of their life. In any moment it will be a memory, a reference point, a silent friend, something which belongs only to them. A little light dot in the sky, and at the same time a universe for the imagination of a kid, then a teenager, then a woman, then a mother, maybe. I think I will go on naming stars for the people I really care for, young and old ones. My dream is to set up a small constellation of kins, a little set of names in the universe which will survive myself and all of us. I really appreciate the idea of the Online Star Register, and at the same time I found myself well with their customer care (due to an error of mine, a star was dispatched to a wrong address, but they helped me to fix the issue and I was fully satisfied with the solution). I look forward to add some more stars to my little constellation because you know, a star is forever…

I really wanted to use this name a star service, because I think this is a kind of very special gift. The payment and delivery was very easy to make! I had a little problem with my package, so I required the staff to change my package. My package was already ready for delivery, but they changed my package so nicely. And I got a great feeling from their kind service. When I have another chance to use this service I will use Online Star Register again, definitely! My son is a star!!

We got the best present for our sons christening today. A star named after the nickname his grandparents use for him. The diploma will hang on our wall. Our son will love this gift when he gets older and fully understand how much he means to all of us, and that because he is our little star – he has a star with his name on it :)

Name a star: a star-tling Gift

What a day; it was simply amazing and STARtling and it definitely had me swept off my feet. Naming a star, who could ever imagine that. It definitely has been my best birthday ever and I would like to thank the whole team of the Online Star Register website for being a part of my birthday and for making it very memorable and special. I recieved the gift of the Online Star Register (name a star) for my 26th birthday by my girlfriend. She took me blindfolded to the beach on the night of my birthday and asked me the one thing I’d give her to express my love for her. Like a fool I named a few materialistic things and when I asked her the same question, she looked up to the sky and replied that she would name a star for me (which I honestly thought that she was joking). Name a star, I said? And she took out the certificate of the Online Star Register and gave it to me as my birthday gift, I was left dumbfounded, stunned, dazed at the way she had planned it out.

Name a star!

“You should name a star after her!” is what my girlfriend’s father told me a month ago. I looked at him a little strange, thinking he was joking. “Name a star? Does that mean I have to call NASA or something?” It turned out he was not joking and had given his own wife a star for their wedding anniversary. This gift had proved a resounding success and he thought it would be the same for me. It certainly was! My girlfriend put the star I gave her in a beautiful frame and it takes pride of place on the wall above our bed.
