Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Thank you very much for your registration in the Online Star Register! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In case you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’d like to solve this for you. Please contact our customer service via [email protected].

In case you’d like to exchange, cancel or return your Star Gift, please take the following steps:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your gift, please send an email to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your registration code and the reason for your exchange request. After receiving your request, we will send you the instructions for returns.

Right of Withdrawal

If you would like a withdrawal, you can download the form (as PDF), fill in the withdrawal form online, or contact us at [email protected].

After naming a star with OSR, you have 14 days to withdraw your registration without specifying any reason. The term for withdrawal expires 14 days after you’ve received your Star Gift.

Refunds

The amount you’ve paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving your notification, with the same payment method you’ve used for your purchase. There are no additional charges to refunds. If you have opted for a custom (more expensive) shipping method than standard delivery, the difference in costs between standard delivery and the alternative shipping method won’t be refunded and therefore withheld on the amount that’s refunded.

Returns

The Star Gift should be returned in a complete state, which means unused and in the original state in which they’ve been delivered to you. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. You need to return the Star Gift within 14 days after notifying us about your desire to use the right of withdrawal.
