S\u00fcpernova, bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n evrenin geni\u015fleme oran\u0131n\u0131 izlemesine yard\u0131m etmek i\u00e7in \u015fubat ay\u0131ndan beri Hubble teleskopuyla kaydediliyor.<\/p>\n
H\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00e7ekimlerde bilim insanlar\u0131, s\u00fcpernovay\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131l \u0131\u015f\u0131l parlayan bir y\u0131ld\u0131z olarak galaksi s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131n\u0131nda g\u00f6rebildi. G\u00f6zden kaybolmadan \u00f6nce s\u00fcpernova, h\u0131zl\u0131ca galaksideki en parlak cisim haline geldi.<\/p>\n
Uzay Teleskop Bilim Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (STScI) ve Johns Hopkins \u00dcniversitesi’nden Adam Riess, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Hi\u00e7bir D\u00fcnyevi havai fi\u015fek g\u00f6sterisi, Hubble Uzay Teleskobu’nun solan g\u00f6rkemini kaydetti\u011fi bu s\u00fcpernovayla yar\u0131\u015famaz” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bu tip s\u00fcpernovalar\u0131n hepsi ayn\u0131 parlakl\u0131kta doru\u011fa ula\u015f\u0131yor. O y\u00fczden bunlar, “standart mumlar” olarak biliniyor.<\/p>\n
NASA bu durumun, s\u00f6z konusu cisimlerin “kozmik mezura” gibi davranmas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. G\u00f6kbilimciler, s\u00fcpernovan\u0131n parlakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgili verinin sabit olmas\u0131yla birlikte ev sahibi galaksilerin uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hesaplayabiliyor.<\/p>\n
