In case you\u2019d like to exchange, cancel or return your Star Gift, please take the following steps:<\/p>\n

Exchanges<\/h3>\n

If you would like to exchange your gift, please send an email to help@osr.org. Please be sure to include your registration code and the reason for your exchange request. After receiving your request, we will send you the instructions for returns.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

If you would like a withdrawal, you can download the form<\/a> (as PDF), fill in the withdrawal form online<\/a>, or contact us at help@osr.org.<\/p>\n

After naming a star with OSR, you have 14 days to withdraw your registration without specifying any reason. The term for withdrawal expires 14 days after you\u2019ve received your Star Gift.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

The amount you’ve paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving your notification, with the same payment method you’ve used for your purchase. There are no additional charges to refunds. If you have opted for a custom (more expensive) shipping method than standard delivery, the difference in costs between standard delivery and the alternative shipping method won’t be refunded and therefore withheld on the amount that’s refunded.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h3>\n

The Star Gift should be returned in a complete state, which means unused and in the original state in which they\u2019ve been delivered to you. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. You need to return the Star Gift within 14 days after notifying us about your desire to use the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
