What is your return policy?

After naming a star with OSR, you have 14 days to withdraw your registration without specifying any reason. To return, download and fill in the withdrawal form or contact us, and return your gift complete, unused, and in original condition within 14 days. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For exchanges, email us with your registration code.
